  • Standard fee per notarized signature: $10

  • All appointments will incur a travel fee that is agreed upon prior to scheduling an appointment.

  • Miscellaneous Charge – We will wait no more than 15 minutes for the signer to arrive at the scheduled appointment time.  For each 15 minutes thereafter a $15.00 charge will be added to the cost of service.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

CUSTOMER DISCLAIMER

  • Signer must physically appear and present state or government issued ID at the time of notarization. We CANNOT notarize signatures of signers that we not physically present.

  • Entire document must be completed prior to except signature and notarization areas.

  • Witnesses must be provided and present at time of signing if applicable. We can provide witnesses at a fee.

  • Original documents must be presented for all Copy certification. Vital records ( birth, death and marriage). If original is not provided, it CANNOT be notarized.

The Florida Secretary of State authenticates the notary publics signature and provides a Apostille certificate for the issuing country which serves as proof that the document was notarized by a licensed notary public and is in fact a legal document.
